Hello friends! I know it’s been a long while since I’ve had a blog post. Between keeping a tiny human alive and selling our current house and buying a new house, life has been a little crazy that past several months.
Personal training and blogging hasn’t been a priority due to life being a little hectic, but I’m jumping back on that horse and am going to try and be consistent with it. I do want to share healthy life tips and tricks and workouts with you all, so my goal now is to be more consistent with blog posts so you guys learn new things!
My first order of business is to ask you guys what you would like to see on this blog? Recipes? Workouts? General life updates? What topics are most valuable to you from a personal trainer? I do want this blog to be fitness and nutrition focused, but what topics in particular are you interested in learning about?
Heads up! I will be writing a blog post about intermittent fasting and carb cycling as I have begun to implement those methods into my own life and am already seeing results after one week! I can’t wait to share it with you all!
